data-mm-id=”_j0zf6s1ar”>Jalen Hurts and DeVonta Smith had a big play wiped out by instant replay late in the first half of Super Bowl LVII. As officials took an especially long time reviewing the play to make sure no angle was left unwatched during the most watched broadcast of the year, Eagles coach Nick Sirianni motioned to someone, possible the officials, to come back. Hurts quickly grabbed his coach's arm and pulled it back down.😂 pic.twitter.com/FLhVlTESRt— Dan Le Batard Show with Stugotz (@LeBatardShow) February 13, 2023For those of you wondering who the adult in the relationship is, it appears to be Hurts. Perhaps he didn't want Sirianni to antagonize the officials. Sirianni then flashed one of those ain't I a stinker smiles. READ NEXT: 30 Best SportsCenter Anchors of All-Time

Harry Kane his World Cup disappointment behind him, England manager Gareth Southgate believes.
The Three Lions captain missed a decisive penalty in the quarter-final defeat to France in Qatar, continuing the nation s long wait for international glory.
Kane would have broken Wayne Rooney s international record had he scored the penalty, as well as potentially guiding England into the last four, but he fired his attempt over the bar and the Three Lions lost 2-1.
He is not alone in penalty heartache for England, however, with team-mates Bukayo Saka, Marcus Rashford and Jadon Sancho all missing spot-kicks in the shoot-out defeat to Italy at Wembley in the Euro 2020 final.
Going back further, Southgate himself missed from the spot in England s semi-final defea…
Former UEFA president Michel Platini was released by police after being questioned during investigations into the decision to award the 2022 World Cup to Qatar.
Platini, who turns 64 on Friday, was released on Wednesday after being questioned by officers of the Anti-Corruption Office of the Judicial Police in Paris.
Accompanied by his lawyer William Bourdon, Platini looked drawn as he left the office.
It was long but considering the number of questions, it could only be long, Platini told reporters.
The custody is lifted, Bourdon said. A lot, a lot of noise for nothing.
Platini was serving on FIFA s executive committee in 2010 when Qatar was awarded the rights to host the 2022 World Cup.
He was later banned from football for a period of…

League Two AFC Wimbledon shocked Premier League side Ipswich Town on penalties to reach the third round of the EFL Cup.
Conor Chaplin had equalised for Ipswich late in normal time to make it 2-2 but Dons goalkeeper Owen Goodman was the hero in the shootout, saving from Jack Taylor and Omari Hutchinson.
Wimbledon s reward will be a third-round tie at home to Newcastle United, who beat Nottingham Forest on penalties after drawing 1-1 at the City Ground.
Southampton booked their place in the third round after eventually coming through a 5-3 thriller away at Cardiff City.

Ante Rebic struck the winner as Milan got the better of Roma in a wild Stadio Olimpico clash to narrow the gap on leaders Inter with a 2-1 victory.
The Serie A title battle might have been all but over if Milan had lost this game, but chances came thick and fast and it was a wonder there were only three goals.
The first was a Franck Kessie penalty in the 43rd minute, but Roma got level early in the second half thanks to Jordan Veretout s fine finish.
Rebic scored a classy winner just before the hour; however, he and Zlatan Ibrahimovic both left the fray with injury concerns, having played their part in trimming Inter s lead to four points.

When Juventus made Gianluigi Buffon the world s most expensive goalkeeper for a reported €53.5million in 2001, high expectations certainly accompanied the promising 23-year-old.
But few, if any, would have dared to predict he would still be at the peak of his powers some 17 years later.
Yet the 40-year-old appears to have lost very little – if any – of the command, agility and leadership he has shown throughout his immense career.
Buffon is not sure he will stop just yet, either, having confirmed he has had offers to continue playing after he leaves Juve at the end of the season, although he will fall short of Paolo Maldini s record of 647 Serie A appearances if he moves abroad.
Nevertheless, he will go down as one of the greats and may well reta…
AC Milan s record appearance holder Paolo Maldini has returned to San Siro having been appointed the team s sporting strategy and development director.
One-club man Maldini made 902 appearances across 24 years with the Rossoneri and won five European Cup/Champions League trophies as well as seven Serie A titles.
He retired in 2009 and rejected a behind-the-scenes position two years ago due to concerns over the role, but Maldini has now taken up a post at the club owned by Elliott Management.
Milan s executive chairman Paolo Scaroni said in a statement on Milan s official website: There are few words to describe what Paolo Maldini represents for AC Milan.
It was a privilege watching him as a player, winning countless trophies on the pitch, and I a…
Kylian Mbappe made history as Paris Saint-Germain booked their place in the Champions League last eight with a 1-1 draw against Barcelona at the Parc des Princes on Wednesday.
Mbappe plundered a stunning hat-trick to help Mauricio Pochettino s side to a 4-1 first-leg win at Camp Nou last month and the World Cup winner opened the scoring in Paris, whipping home from the penalty spot shortly after the half-hour mark.
That goal saw him overtake Lionel Messi as the youngest player to reach 25 goals in the competition, aged 22 years and 80 days, but the Barca talisman had his say soon after, thundering home a glorious equaliser from outside the area.

Gareth Bale is going nowhere amid ongoing speculation over his Real Madrid future, according to agent Jonathan Barnett.
Bale found himself out of favour as Madrid dethroned bitter rivals Barcelona as LaLiga champions this season, making just two appearances since the 2019-20 campaign resumed last month following the coronavirus-enforced break.
The star forward, whose behaviour has been criticised, featured in 16 league matches this term after he was left out of Zinedine Zidane s squad to face Leganes on the final day of the season on Sunday.
Despite struggling for game time, Barnett insisted his client Bale has no plans to leave the Santiago Bernabeu.

Gareth Southgate thinks the all-English Champions League final shows the strength of the Premier League although he wants more young English talent to be given a chance.
Liverpool beat Tottenham 2-0 in Madrid on Saturday in the first final in the competition featuring two teams from England s top flight since Manchester United defeated Chelsea on penalties in 2008.
Seven English players started the match at the Wanda Metropolitano and a further three came off the bench, something Southgate believes is a huge positive for his England squad ahead of their Nations League showdown with Netherlands on Thursday.
However, he would still like to see more home-grown youngsters given the opportunity to impress.
The brilliant thing from an English point of view is…
